First of all, thank you for visiting our site! Ribbons Cupcakery was established with the objective to satisfy cupcake lovers like ourselves. Our family has been in catering business for the past 21 years and we want to share with everyone our love for a delicious cupcake. We specialized in mini - bite sized cupcake that are bold in flavor. Large cupcakes are available if you wish more of the good stuff.
Try our signature cupcakes, our Raspberry Red Velvet are said to be one of the best in town. We don't skimp on cream cheese! For chocolate lover, our BlackOut will surely satisfy you! Loads of Swiss chocolate are melted to blend in the cake. Not to mention the chocolate ganache topping we put on, that's 80% Swiss chocolate on those mini cakes! Our third signature is the Pure Vanilla. Plenty of Madagascar pure vanilla are used in making these mini's. It is simply pure delight like no other!
Best ingredient - no artificial flavoring
We use only the best ingredient to produce our cupcakes, no generic product in our bakery. Best Swiss chocolate, Madagascar pure vanilla, Dutch-process cocoa and fresh organic fruits are used, no artificial flavor!
We don't use any shortening in our frosting unless it is at the request of our customer. Shortening are often used in American-style butter cream to enable sculpturing sharp shaped frosting, as well as able to withstand heat. This come at the price of waxy after taste in your mouth. Something we dislike here at Ribbons Cupcakery. At the end of the day, you buy cupcake for eating.
Fondant is also something rare at Ribbons Cupcakery. Fondant cover or sculpture can make a beautiful cupcake presentation, but that is as far as it will go. Taste the fondant and you will know why.
Boozy Cupcakes!
Cupcake for adults! Great for gatherings or conversation piece. We offer limitless variation of boozy cupcakes that can be as simple as single malt whiskey caramel sauce or chocolate ganache. Check out our ever growing cocktail inspired cupcake menu!
Our cupcake can be picked up at the State Tower Bangkok on the corner of Silom and Charoenkrung road. We can also have it delivered to your door within Bangkok, where you can pay the delivery at cost.
